Adaptive microlearning guarantees tailored trainings by exploiting the potential of cloud computing and Big Data.
Adaptive microlearning is a flexible, on-demand approach to delivering content - it is short, focused, and relevant, giving learners what they want and need, even under conditions of so-called “fragmented time”. Individualization and personalization of learning, continuous assessment and validation of learning outcomes, analysis of knowledge retention, upskilling pathways, are only some of the key words linked to adaptive microlearning.
The webinar will focus on this approach from the reference of its methodological framework to successful applications, with direct testimonies of providers and learners.
