Nigeria, despite her laudable educational policy on Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET). TVET Programmes in TVET Institutions have not been able to produce the needed human resources for Infrastructural development in the areas of ICT, Energy and Power, Road and Bridge Construction, Aviation, Marine Technology, Rail Transport, Agriculture, Healthcare, and Food Processing.

Hence, this TVET Workshop is put together by the International Vocational Education and Training Association (IVETA) East and West African Region in Collaboration with the National Board for Technical Education which is the apex TVET regulatory authority under the Federal Ministry of Education, Nigeria to share knowledge, strategies, and best practices to address issues of Infrastructural Development through TVET.
