Registration and Payment of Conference fees

IVETA is using ACTE to process all IVETA conference registrations and provide other administrative services. When you go to the registration site you will be asked to set up an account (unless you have one from last year). This account is only for the Conference and will give you access to all IVETA programs, and ACTE programs and exhibits - you are not signing up for an ACTE membership

We have negotiated a special rate for IVETA members.

IVETA members pay only US$345, saving up to US$490 (for non-ACTE members).

That's a massive saving. If you are not a current IVETA member, what are you waiting for?

To get this discount, IVETA members will use a special code which they can see here.

Register on the ACTE website by clicking on Attendee In-Person Registration (you will need to create a new account if you do not have one). Use your IVETA code to get the discount. If you encounter any issues with the special IVETA code, please contact Dr David Fretwell on ivetavpna@gmail.com

You will be asked to pay using a credit card. If you do not have one, please send your registration details and funds (USD$345) to the IVETA Treasurer, Dr Sumaya Frick (secretariat@iveta.global), so she can complete your registration.

Travel, Accommodation, and Invitation Letters

You must book your own hotel privately, or use the ACTE system which has special rates.

Book as soon as possible. The Hyatt Regency will have special conference rates and is next door to the Conference Center. Use other online booking sites such as Booking.com or Hotels.com - these often allow you to cancel at no cost until several days before the Conference. Plan to arrive Nov. 29 and depart not before Dec 2 PM.

We are happy to assist with official invitation letters if you have to apply for a visa to attend. You must provide proof of conference registration and hotel bookings to Dr David Fretwell (VP for North America) via email at ivetavpna@gmail.com or use our contact form.

Keep checking our website for updates.

  2. Joseph Sunnae Kannah, Jr. says:

    Hi IVETA,
This event stands out to be a worthwhile learning opportunity that would benefit me individually, and my country generally, since it is one of the world’s poorest nations, with employment and other forms of empowerment being major challenges, for the governors and the governed.
