Important Membership Information

These announcements are valid for IVETA members who already have an account.

We have made some major changes to the membership software, so please take note.

Members who joined before 3 August 2020

1. Login in with your email and password
2. Click on ‘Join’ in the Menu header at the top of the page.
3. Scroll down and select the membership category you need.
4. Check your user details and update the missing fields.
5. Pay your fee using PayPal or Credit Card (Stripe).
6. You are now all set up!
   

Members who joined after 3 August 2020

1. Let your subscription expire.
2. Go to My Account
3. Click on the Subscriptions tab.
4. If your membership was paid using PayPal, choose ‘Subscribe’. If you get an error or cannot renew, contact info@iveta.global to remove you your old/current expired membership. You can then Join again as a new member.
5. If you paid via Credit card (Stripe), select ‘update’ and enter your payment information. If you get an error or cannot renew, contact info@iveta.global to remove you your old/current expired membership. You can then Join again as a new member.

Cancelling Your IVETA Membership

All new IVETA memberships and renewals are now recurring subscriptions. This means if you would like to cancel your IVETA membership, you must login to My Account, choose the Subscription you want and click ‘Cancel’. This will cancel the recurring payment to renew your membership at then end of its expiry. You will
still be able to access membership content up until the expiry of your current subscription.
