Join us for a celebration of TVET in Nashville, Tennessee, USA, from December 9 to December 12, 2025. The IVETA Conference is being planned in parallel with the annual U.S. Association for Career and Technical Education (ACTE) Conference https://www.careertechvision.com where IVETA started 41 years ago.

The joint conference provides IVETA members with the opportunity to:

(i) share information at IVETA presentations,

(ii) visit a Technical College and attend an IVETA evening reception

(iii) attend some of the 350 ACTE presentations on all aspects of technical education and

(iv) interact with the 5000 TVET professionals at the ACTE conference; and

(v) visit an expo of 250 exhibits of TVET goods/services.

Please send a 300-word summary of your proposed presentation, and your vita, to Julie Furst-Bowe, IVETA's VP for North America, Juliefurstbowe@gmail.com.
All participants can of course make comments when attending any of the 350 sessions. IVETA will also has a round table discussion on the past and future of IVETA in the promotion and advancement of TVET alongside IVETA’s Annual General Meeting, and an evening reception, where there is time for a short introductions and presentations.

How to Register and Pay Conference fees

ACTE is handling IVETA registration, go to https://www.careertechvision.com. IVETA members will have a discounted registration rate of $345 (about 2/3 what other participants pay). You will be asked to create an “account” if you have not attended one of our North American conferences before. Just use your electronic mail address to set up an account and register.

Contact IVETA at info@iveta.global if you have questions and to get the discount code. The registration provides IVETA members with access to all IVETA activities, ACTE presentations,

and the exhibition TVET goods and services. You can pay using a credit card, if you do not have one you can ask for an invoice so you can do a Bank Transfer.

IVETA can provide foreign registrants with a visa support letter if requested with proof of valid IVETA membership and evidence of payment of conference registration fee. If you cannot get a visa, after paying the conference registration, your conference registration fee can be refunded.

The Conference Center is in downtown
Nashville. You must book your own hotel privately, which can include using the
