Postponement of the 2023 IVETA World TVET Conference
The Ministry of Labour, the International Vocational Education and Training Association (IVETA) Global and the TEVET Authority regret to announce the postponement of the 2023 IVETA World TVET Conference which was scheduled to take place at Sunbird Nkopola from 14th to 16th November, 2023.
This postponement is as a result of unforeseen factors beyond the control of the three parties. New dates for the conference will be announced in due course. All individuals who submitted abstracts, are therefore being informed that their submissions will still be under consideration for the new conference dates. However, individuals are at liberty to withdraw their submissions if deemed necessary.
Gratitude and appreciation are being extended to all individuals who registered for the conference and all other partners who committed their resources in support of the conference.
As responsible entities that value transparency and accountability, all payments from registered participants as well as other financial contributions from our partners will be reimbursed following the right procedures. Notice is also being served to all those who have been invoiced to pay for participation to pend their payments forthwith.
The Ministry of Labour, IVETA Global and the TEVET Authority commit to keep the general public updated on any further developments.
