Classroom situations around the world are becoming more and more diverse due to factors such as migration, multiculturalism, and inclusion. In order for educators to increase their output quality, these challenges should be addressed within a classroom and environmental context.

Many educators still struggle to adapt their practice to the needs of each learner. Instead, the same routines are implemented again and again, with limited success. This webinar looks at the concept of adaptive expertise as a means of replacing routine teaching.
