Proposals should address the overall Conference theme and one of the following sub-themes.
Overall Theme: “Helping TVET educators, administrators and other key stakeholders prepare individuals with knowledge and skills to succeed in the changing 21st-century economy”.
Sub-themes:
- Using data, including labor market information to plan and evaluate the impact of TVET
- Adult continuing education, upgrading the existing workforce
- Use of technology to deliver TVET in a changing labor market
- Importance and delivery of “soft skill” workforce training across sectors
- Models of TVET institution and program accreditation and certification
Deadline: July 15, 2022
Important Notes to Consider
- Presentation times are specified clearly and should allow for some questions;
- Keep your presentations brief, to-the-point and clear;
- We reserve the right to reject presentations which are filled with lengthy paragraphs of texts;
- Understand that you have to work harder to maintain attention and engage with your audience online;
- Move your audience towards specific outcomes or goals.
