The Wall Street Journal printed a piece this morning (17-DEC-20) that was submitted by a former US Secretary of Education. In it, the author, Spellings misses an opportunity to promote CTE/TVET as an educational tool that connects learning to work based on the needs within a community vs the college-for-all mindset across the globe…which is often disconnected to the real world!

As noted in the 2019 article linked below, the time is long overdue to recognize CTE/TVET as “of equal esteem.”
