Skilling

Skilling is a process of acquiring the necessary basic skills and knowledge to become ready for a job.

Upskilling

Upskilling describes learning of new competencies to stay in current role, due to the change in skills required, or adding certain competencies for career progression.

Reskilling

Reskilling describes learning in new sets of competencies to transition to a completely new role.
